thezey
Hello, I noticed there were no more visitors to my website since Monday, Septeember 29. I first checked the Stats and visits and visitors, which show 0 for the first time. Then,I Looked at Google Analytics, under Queries section, the line chart shows no more impressions from September 29 onwards. I checked if my website worked, and prestashop back office 1.5.4.0 and it seems they both work as usual. Could you please help me fix the issue? Why all of the sudden, I don't have any visits anymore? Thank you
El Patron
please also check your google analytics to determine if 'stats issue' or in fact no visitors, my bet is back office stats not working.

musicmaster
One possibility is that you have put your website in maintenance mode. That is that you put it so that you can only look at it from your ip address.
thezey
One possibility is that you have put your website in maintenance mode. That is that you put it so that you can only look at it from your ip address. Let's say my website is in maintenance mode (I don't think thats the case, as I didn't touch anything), how to check if it's in maintenance mode and how to turn this mode off? musicmaster
A few people from this forum have looked at your shop. If you don't see them in your statistics there may be something wrong with the statistics.

El Patron
use google analtyics real time view, and visit your shop, see if google then shows your visit in real-time. I don't use back office views, they are 'sometimes' a lot of overhead. note: impressions is test for google adwords, not analytics. (pretty sure of that)
bellini13
you should also check your hostings access log. This will certainly tell you if anyone is requesting pages on your website.

PascalVG
Does your site (still) shows up in usual keyword searches on google? Did you change any SEO-related things, like your domain, sub-domain, keywords, turn on/off Friendly URL, changed titles, <h1> headers, etc. etc., that might have brought down your ranking dramatically? (Don't expect this to bring it back to 0 though....). To check if Maintenance mode is turned on, you can check this in Preferences->maintenance. Also, maybe check from an outside PC (friend or so) if you can reach your site...

El Patron
Does it mean I'm blacklisted? no, it does not, we have all been able to visit without issue (not in maint mode). you can check with hosting about the blacklist, but I think it's ok, i.e. they are blocking 'known' problem IP's for you. did you test using google analytics 'real time'?

It looks like my website is reachable. Though, I don't understand how I can blacklisted, as I don't spam anybody. Do you know how to solve the blacklist issue? bellini13
The access log is just a text file, use notepad or any plain text editor to open it. as for the errors in the error log, talk to your host, it has nothing to do with prestashop, and the best answer will come from them. everything else here is just subjective.

bellini13
nothing to do. it just proves that you are receiving traffic from different visitors (the ip address is different) and that the requests are being responded to properly (each line contains HTTP/1.1 200). You also received confirmation from various different people on this thread that they can visit your site. So now you just need to figure out why your stats are no longer keeping track. Did you or someone you know delete any records from the ps_connection tables in the database? Or did you configure the stats module to stop recording connection statistics?
