tphone Posted October 2, 2014 Share Posted October 2, 2014 Hi Is there any way to add a product to an order in admin after having marked it as shipped? On a multi product order 1 product was out of stock and the replacement sent was not an option to add. I removed the OOS item and marked as shipped, went back to inventory and added the new item then went back to the order but the "Add product" button is now missing. I've even tried changing the order status button as "payment accepted again" but it still doesn't let me add a product. It's now saying the customer overpaid so I really need to have it balanced out. Even look at the database table but there are a LOT of options to consider so opted out of changing it there! Thanks in advance guys David Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
