real shipping rate

I have installed and configure USPS shipping module. tested in test mode and asked to give the weight of the product.
I have done and receive no errors.
As per the installation instruction, I have mailed to the customer service 2 days back to make it as real shipping rate and didn't receive any further mails.

"After running several sample transactions you can e-mail or call USPS and tell them you are ready to go to the Live server, then switch the USPS Module into live mode" .

and i received no mails.

Please advice me.

if I am understanding it right, you want to go on live server all you have to do is call them and they will convert yours from test to Live, no questions asked.

by the way does your USPS shipping module calculates international shipping? if so, where can i download this.
