Once a Customer has registered, how do I send and keep track of all email communication with them?

I've looked for for but can't find anywhere in teh back office...am I missing something?

Have a look at Customers / Customer Service to start.

This works perfectly....if this option was turned off and some customers created accounts and did not originally receive the email, is there a way to resend it???
