Whispar1
I am having some strange activity with the main home slider. When browsing the site, (i.e. switching between categories or product pages then going back to the home page) the slider is gone. I have to refresh the page to get it to come back. Any thoughts on why this is happening? I have tested this in both Chrome and IE. http://www.whispardesign.com/ Thanks for any ideas.
MacRoy
Hi! It looks good when I check from Sweden. Your site is a bit slow but the main home slider, I see every time I return to the home page. Have you tried to force compilation and emptied the cache? Tested on Google Crome and Safari. Does not work so well with Firefox. Regards MacRoy Edited September 30, 2014 by MacRoy (see edit history)
Whispar1
Hello MacRoy Thanks for taking the time to check things out. I have had a few others from different locations check this to make sure it wasn't a local browser issue and they also saw this. Yes, I have cleared cache and force compiled but am still getting this behavior. I general leave the site set at "never recompile" for loading purposes and only force when I have changed something. Regarding speed, I just launched this. I had a 1.5.3.1 site and this is the new 1.6.0.9 so I have not had a chance yet to work on speed. If you see anything glaring about speed, feel free to suggest. MacRoy
You have the same version of Crome like me. I do not get the problems that you have with my Crome, which then leads me to suggest that you clear the cache of your browser.
