Le variabili delle mail non vengono sostituite tutte

Sto modificando le mail di risposta automatica attraverso il BO nella sezione "Traduzioni email", e dentro le email ci sono le varie variabili come ad esempio {firstname} o {lastname}. Quando faccio delle mie prove, le variabili delle email che ricevo sono parzialmente sostituite. Ad esempio:

HI {FIRSTNAME} {LASTNAME},

 

YOUR ORDER WITH REFERENCE {ORDER_NAME} - ORDER CANCELED

 

Your order number {order_name} on {shop_name} has been canceled.      

You can view your order and download any invoice from the "Order history" in your user account by clicking on "My account" inside the site.

 

Così mi arriva

Questo errore avviene casualmente e non riesco a capirne la causa. Spero mi possiate aiutare.
