[Solved] Is there any harm in using Url redirect in cPanel to forward a CMS page ?

I had a Terms Of Use Page that I linked throughough my site to that was in a subcategory. Now moving it. My quesiton is, can I use URL redirect in my cPanel to redirect the old CMS that to the new one without causing problems anywhere? Otherwise I will have to do alot of editing in my product pages. My site is hosted with HostGator.
