I administer a shop and am trying to add new products. When I accessed the admin panel it asked for my email and password. The password was not accepted and I clicked "lost password" and it went nowhere - no acknowledgement or notification that a link to reset the password will be sent. Previously, it would send info, but now nothing! Am desperate to update the product line but cannot get into dashboard!

What PrestaShop version are you using? Have you checked the Spam folder?

I have checked my spam folder constantly. I am using the version that was the most recent in early July. 1.6.0.6, I believe
