bside2234
I had a problem like this on a previous install of PS. Try going into the files directly on your server. Find the icon you want to replace and then upload your new file renaming the new file with the name of the file you replaced. It's also possible your favicon image you are trying to upload isn't a .ico format. I also noticed that I couldn't upload a .ico format in the Store icon field but a .png worked just fine.
fpaul
Thank you, bside2234. New favicon that am trying to uplaod is .ico format. I do know the location where the favicon image is stored. If I know the location I can remove it and copy the new favicon into that directory.
