affiliate space don`t show data.

Hi , please for some help,

i have Prestashop store www.tarotbg.eu and setup affiliate module /Tracking - Front office/.

 Everything works perfect i can see statistics in my referrer section. Only have problem with http://tarotbg.eu/modules/trackingfront/stats.php This is affiliate link and don`t show statistics.

Please for your help.

Same here! I use Prestashop 1.5.6.2.

Good news though.  We have a service package and I have put in a ticket for Presta-Support to fix for me.  I will share once I have the solution.

My version is PrestaShop™ 1.5.6.2 too. Hope for some one to help with this issue.

2 days and 22 hours and Prestashop Support has not looked at the ticket yet.  Keeping my fingers crossed for something soon.

 

btw, I am using 1.5.6.2 as well (not sure why I said 1.5.6.1)

David from Support Team has done a bang up job (as usual) and solved this issue for us!!!!

The problem is in the 1.2 version of the module.  

 

In my local testing shop if I remove the folder and replace it with the 1.1 version that came with prestashop 1.5.6.2 it works fine.  So I have done this for you for now.  I have also contacted the dev team about 1.2 to find out what is going on with it.  The 1.2 module does not work on my machine either.  

 

Can you test the stats page for your referrers now?

 

Note: Do not upgrade the module or it will stop working!!!
