rtvt
Hello, After transfer domain from first server to second, i'm faced a problem. In customer side, when he add product to cart it shows "Product not found. Product not available", and product added. When I try to add product - i don't see such notice. Product adds without any notice. And other customer has problem only with "Product not found. Product not available" without transfer - first presta install. I can't find solutions, please help. NemoPS
You get product not found only? Are other pages working fine? Did you notice any change in the url structure? Mostly important, did you change your domain as well? You should erase the .htaccess file in your root in any case

I'm delete .htaccess and creat new with generate robots button. Now customer said that that in default theme there is no message. Only with my custom theme. What can it be during to theme? NOTE: 1) I'm don't see this message with my theme and any settings. Only customer see it. 2) Other customers doesn't have that problem with THIS theme. domain cucada.es

rtvt
other customers: you mean non-registered ones? Things are broken for you only, at the moment? no, i mean people, who also bought my theme, and don't face that problem with "no product" message. actually, i transfer my theme to another folder in my server, and now i have that problem too. of course i'm changed folder in SEO & URLs. And other functions works OK. but product problem still here. remember that it shows me that note ONLY from PRODUCT PAGE. From category page and from home tabs modules product added successfully without any messages. and it has error only in my theme - default works ok. Thank you for attention. You can check link i posted to VEKIA above. If you need i can give link to my own website, not customer.
rtvt
Stop. it seems is solved it. For some reason I was added to my add to cart button class "ajax_add_to_cart_button". Now when I'm delete this class, and left only neutral button classes - it seems to work ok. I write to customer, to know will it help for him too, and i will leave comment here. Thank you for attention and sorry for spending your time.
