Changing Fields On B2B Registrations on prestashop

Hello again,

 

 

Now this is a similar problem that i have been facing recently related to fields

 

These are the fields that appear when you allow b2b registrations

 

Your company information

Company

SIRET

APE

Website

 

 

the problem is Fist i dont knw what these fields are 

second even if i knew i would not want these

 

and rather change them to

Contact Number

City/State

 

so if anyone can help me change or add fields here i would really be greatful
