Require an aditional field in sign up form

Hi,

 

i need to add a Phone field in signup form of prestashop 1.6.

 

i have attached an screenshot of default boot_strap theme signup form.

 

i am looking to add a phone field after Last name field, so that it stores in database also and it shows in Your personal information page.

 

i would appreciate if someone helps in a simple way as i am not a developer. thanks in advance
