Having problem with Vouchers and Shipping

Hi,

Have lost some profit do miscalculation when some product was purchased with FREE shipping.

I have FREE shipping on orders over £99.99 and non cumulative with other products 10% discount voucher.

Example:

Product price - £109.99
Customer have used discount voucher 10% (£11.00)
Which brings Invoice Total to £98.99 + Free postage

when actual FREE shipping starts from £99.99....

Any help will be appreciated.
