Paypal Subscription Button

I am trying to insert a Paypal subscription button with drop-down to allow customers to sign up to a monthly/annual membernship payment schedule. 

 

I have generated the subscription html code on paypal.com using my merchant id and I have generated a html code to unsubscribe.

 

When I insert the subscription code into the appropriate page using the code editing function and switch back to normal text mode, it looks correct but when I try to save, PS is not accepting the code.

 

It is very strange because the code is generated by Paypal and the unsubscribe code does function. 

 

Does anyone have experience with this and can propose a solution. I do not have experience with code but my colleague who does says the code looks correct and it also appears correct in the preview.

I'm not sure if it will work, but have you checked if the problem is related to blocking iframes?

 

Preferences > General

   Allow iframes...

 

Try enabling this option.

We changed it around so no longer needing the subscription option but I will try this if we get the problem again.
