problems setting THEME????

Hi,

i recently bought the following theme from the presta store:

UHUpage PS0001

but i am having problems setting it as my theme. This message: "Error during create temporary file" appears in the 'preferences > appearance' part of the admin/back office?

any help or advice would be greatfully received.
