El Patron
because the 'from' 'shop email' address is not related to your domain name, then GoDaddy very possibly is marking as spam. i.e. [email protected] would work without issue but [email protected] would appear to be spam. this is just my humble thoughts I would search (outside of PrestaShop) of how to set up gmail pop3 mx records in your dns. El Patron
Any help please... please don't bump...unless you add something helpful to post, yes? we already know you have issue, but it's not like your shop is not accessible. at this point, given that you can send test email, then uninstall and delete the module and re-install. I took backup of the old module and then delete from the live. again upload it. still the same problem.
El Patron
I am out of ideas other than getting into the actual send code of that module and printing out mail variables. sorry one thought though, from hosting control panel, see if you can view your mail server queue. this is a complicated business, search on godaddy for how to accomplish this. gerstavros
I meant sending mail from prestashop. Go to your prestashop admin panel ->Advanced parametres->email, at bottom you can send an test mail. If it is sent successfully, problem is at mailalert, if it's not sent, problem is in the email settings above
Sharak
Do you have module mailalerts installed? Clients should receive mail notifications without it, but for store admin to receive notifications about new orders or messages mailalerts module needs to be installed.
