PimFeijen Posted September 25, 2014 Share Posted September 25, 2014 (edited) Hi, When I create a category (f.ex Products) it will become a root category (if not choosing Home as a parent). If then I create a new category (f.ex Post cards) that I´d like to be a sub category to Products I´m only able to choose Home as a parent. The newly created root category Products is not available in the tree. I´m only able to use Home as a parent for my product categories. I noticed that when I use mutlistore (preferences/general), then I get the choice to create root and sub categories at the top of the categories window. But this does not work either... michaelstrac Posted October 1, 2014 Share Posted October 1, 2014 Got the same problem as you. Did you ever figure out the problem? I sent in a bug report, but too soon to see what they can do. There has been category faults in all the recent upgrades, with a variety of excuses (storecommanders fault, package fault, etc), which is just a load of crap. They cannot start releasing a new build that doesn't work even at the most basic level... Let me know if you found a solution, because I cant use the store as it is now...
