SSL installation problems

Recommended Posts

You do seem to have a redirect going on.

If I try to open this secure URL on your store...

https://www.qpad.com/shop/en/authentication?back=my-account

I receive a 302 redirect that sends me to the insecure version

http://www.qpad.com/shop/en/authentication?back=my-account

There is not enough information to determine what is causing this issue.

First start by taking a screen shot of your back office Preferences > General page so we can all see what the "Enable SSL" setting is.

Second, locate the .htaccess file on your server and provide us with the content of this file.

  • 2 weeks later...

ok so the setting looks good.

Can you access your back office using HTTPS?  Or does that also redirect back to HTTP?

What about the .htaccess file content?

Yes I can reach it by using https, but it say something else is wrong.

That is helpful information...

In my previous post, I had requested that you provide us with the content of this file.

The help you are going to receive is directly based on the information you provide to us

I get a triangle saying that there are parts on the site that is not linked to https.

Is this something I need to change in DB or somewhere else?
