Hi Vekia, The SSL is on at the hosting supplier, I added all that in the Cpanel. If I try to open this secure URL on your store... https://www.qpad.com/shop/en/authentication?back=my-account I receive a 302 redirect that sends me to the insecure version http://www.qpad.com/shop/en/authentication?back=my-account There is not enough information to determine what is causing this issue. First start by taking a screen shot of your back office Preferences > General page so we can all see what the "Enable SSL" setting is. I get a triangle saying that there are parts on the site that is not linked to https. Is this something I need to change in DB or somewhere else?
