"BUG" On page refresh of order confirmation new order gets added

Hi,

 

I just came across a new issue of prestashop where in after confirming an order on order confirmation page i reload the page a new order gets entered. This is really annoying because, then i might have to make payment for two orders as soon as it gets confirmed.

 

Someone please look into this issue. I am not aware if anyone has come across this issue.
