krakensankey Posted September 23, 2014 Share Posted September 23, 2014 (edited) Something went wrong a while ago and I'm trying to sort it. Basically some of my pictures went away... So in one of my catagorys, I'm trying to add a picture.. It's a picture that is already on the website, so it's effectively a duplicate. When I try to save it in backoffice/catalog, I get an error saying 'image format not recognized, allowed formats are: .gif, .jpg, .png' It's a jpg, it's not too big so does anyone know where the problem is? I guess something somewhere is corrupted, but I know nothing about web software so any suggestion/s needs to be really basic so I can understand it.Pic attached ( I hope) Thanks...
