Can anyone shed any light on setting up PayPal Pro?

So I'm attempting to set up PayPal Pro which I'm assuming is PayPal Payments Advanced http://i.imgur.com/kTESFmL.png ? But it's unclear what/where the values are that I'm supposed to getting. If someone could please clarify the fields below that would be super helpful or if I'm wrong in thinking that PayPal Pro and PayPal Payments Advanced are the same thing.

 

PayPal API Settings

PayPal Business Account: the email address?

PayPal API Username: found on "Profile >> Request API credentials >> Set up PayPal API credentials and permissions (http://i.imgur.com/c9WBSag.png) >> View API Signature (http://i.imgur.com/Yi4w4xO.png)

PayPal API Password: Same as above

PayPal API Signature: Same as above

 

Advanced Settings

PayPal Manager Partner: IDK ????

PayPal Manager Merchant Login: IDK ????

PayPal Manager User: IDK ????

PayPal Manager Password: IDK ????

 

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

PayPal USA, Canada v1.3.8

I think they are not the same thing.  I had to buy a module for PayPal Pro from Presto Changeo.  It cost $100.  Currently I am having a problem with it, but working to get it resolved.
