My 3 paid modules but no customer support

Hello Presta,

 

Recently I bought 3 paid modules

 

1. popup log in

2. facebook log in

3. google log in

 

I requested the support to center my fb log in and g log in buttons to be center of Let me in button because those were aligned to left of Let me in button which does not look professional. Please find attached screenshot of the same. After continues reminders n request I do not get any reply. Even I have problem with fb and google login after creating API.

 

I am just writing this after waiting for almost more than 15+ days.

 

whom do I need to contact for help if support doesn't answer the mails.

did you purchase on PrestaShop addon's?  if so I can move this to proper section for action.

let's clarify something.

you bought one module, these two login modules were treated as a GRATIS to popup login

in addition i remember that i solved your problem - modules works exactly as it is described on modules page.

 

regarding to the buttons look - you want theme customization and it's not a part of modules you bought.

 

Informations that i share below are a part of each module as an instruction,

wondering why you still don't want to follow these guidelines :/

 

1) facebook login:

 

"app not set up: the developers of this app have not set it up properly for Facebook Login."
