Debug Profile On, Database Query Question.

Using the Debug Profile on, I have 81 database queries on the home page.

 

I have disabled all the New Products/Price Drop or anything that will query the database from being displayed on the home page. The only thing visible is the cart which will query if the user has any items stored.

 

Also, I am not sure why displaytop and displayheader are so large in terms of MB, 7 & 8 MB respectively.

 

I am getting 270ms response time upon second reload, first reload is always very slow.

 

Done all the basic optimizations, and am fairly familiar with what i need to do, just need to reduce database queries on home page and reduce size of displayheader,displaytop, confirm and initcontent

 

If anyone can help with these specific issues, please let me know.
