Product not in grid, but to list.

Hello,

 

I install a new prestashop 1.6.0.9.

I want to make a lot of changes to the default-bootstrap theme.

 

But i have a few issues.

 

I want to change the product-list by default to list.

So i followed:

http://mypresta.eu/en/art/prestashop-16/grid-to-list-products-view.html

 

But that doesn't work.

 

Please help!

Something is missing from your javascript, as when hitting the grid/list switch it doesn't work. WHat did you modify exactly, and how?

Also when i set the global.js the original back it doesn't work.

 

I take them directly from the downloaded 1.6.0.9 prestashop.

I downloaded the prestashop package again.

 

But as you can see, still not working (switch between grid and list).

Also the Add to Cart button dissapears on the product list page.

I've had another problem (no postal code appears in the registration adress field) en when i googled i found an topic where someone says:

Set all caching modes to YES.

In this topic:

So i did, and the postal code appears.

 

And, it is also working for the list and grid!

So Cache must be on YES.

I found solution - open file /themes/themename/js/global.js and there are on the line number 180 view = 'list'; and change it to view = 'grid';. It helps me.
