Custom action link/button in admin

Hi all

 

I am trying to add a button in my module. Specifically I am trying to add an action that handles the order upon clicking the button that is shown on the order information page (AdminOrders).

 

The button is showed with the hook hookDisplayAdminOrderContentShip but I can't seem to figure out how to add the button in such a way that my function test($order) is called afterwards.

 

Does anybody have any input on how to approach this?
