Can I integrate a wordpress blog thats in a different domain?

I've just setup a prestashop shop in domain A, I have a wordpress blog in domain B, I would like to integrate it in Prestashop with something like this module: http://addons.prestashop.com/en/content-management/4731-professional-blog.html

 

I've emailed the module owner about this and I'm waitign for his reply, but I wonder if anyone have made this before or stumbled with this problem and found a solution, since my blog is in another domain altogheter, is it still possible to integrate? Is there some other module for this?
