Information (cms block in footer) divide into 2 columns

How can I divide information (cms block in footer) into 2 columns?

 

I tried to add code to global.css:

 

.footer-block ul li {float:left; display:inline-block; width:50%}

 

it works, but block contact infos is divided into 2 colums too, but I don´t want it.

 

How can I do it?
