Stephanie-SB
Hi everyone, I've been adding product pricing to my store prior to it going live, but some of the pricing alters all by itself on my website. For example, product priced at $12.99 (including tax etc), when I check it on the site the $12.99 price has a line through it, with a new price of $13.00 above. When added to the cart it reverts back to $12.99, but obviously this is confusing and looks a bit amateur-ish from a customer's point of view. If I change the price to $13.00 it is ok, but as soon as I change it back to $12.99 it happens again, it also happens with products at different price points (also a one cent price increase). I've tried disabling the product, turning the product back on again, and nothing seems to fix it. I have no other price rules or discounts in place for these items. Any ideas please would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
Stephanie-SB
I've just seen the tax and rounding fixes post, is this possibly what is happening here? I didn't realise that it could alter my chosen price point, I thought that instead it would round the tax portion up or down slightly instead. Judith VDB
Hi Stephanie, Did you found a solution for this problem, I have the same issue and can't seem to figure this one out. Thank you, Judith
Stephanie-SB
Hi Judith, No I haven't unfortunately. I've had to alter some of my prices slightly as it looked a bit stupid in the live shop, having prices crossed out and marked up by one cent! I'm still wondering if it is an error in the rounding system somehow, but I don't have a clue how to fix it. Kind regards, Stephanie
