Temporary / Cached CSS file ?

Hi,

Just trying to modify the 640px wide version of my responsive theme to add in extra spacing around the content on the homepage (which is an addon cms_block),

I've found which css file makes the changes I want, but it seems to be a temporary or cached file?

I've attached an image of the file highlighted, can anyone tell me where I can make permanent changes to this file?

turn off ccc for css under adv. parameters > performance

then you will be able to locate proper file.
