thunderapps
Tried this multiple times and verified it on a fresh Amazon EC2 instance (httpd). - Installed 1.6.0.9 fine, all folder permissions set to 777, installer worked - Successful install and prompted to rename admin direct to eg. admin8559 - Did that and tried to login - The screen just returned back to the login screen and not the admin dashboard. eg. www.????.com/index.php?controller=AdminLogin&token=e6cff481e3779ca6dd07932343de192a&redirect=AdminDashboard Tried: - Google Chrome (clear cache and everything and retried multiple times, even reset Google Chrome to defaults) - Firefox (clear cache and everything and retried multiple times) - Safari (clear cache and everything and retried multiple times) Obviously the build has issues with redirect. Mod_rewrite is enabled in httpd. ie. AllowOverride All, Follow Symlinks on Please help.
danowski
I have similar problem (on 1.6.0.8). I have 2 admin accounts for two different admins. Both work from the same office - it means that they have the same external IP. Only one account works at the same moment. For the second one login page redirects to login page. Cleaning cookies, reloading page, using other browser did not solve the issue. Cookies IP is disabled in the back office settings. Please help. danowski
My website domains are configured in the way that 'www.website.com' redirects to 'website.com' (we do not use 'www' at all).
gronz23
I have the same problem. Have really no clue how to log in in the admin panel. When I try to generate a new password it says you can only do it every 360 minutes. Of course I changed the password since it was a weird code not easy to remember, also changed email address. But nothing helps, in no browser. Please any suggestions, also for Danowski, who seems to know really what he is talking about....
thunderapps
Resolved it by installing SSL and enabling a SSL cert on my server. The login will work if you login via the https protocol. Confirmed and tested in the following modern browsers and non-https URL does not work for login. - Chrome, Safari, Firefox, IE10
