Any way to work a same project using 2 different workstation?

Hi, i am currently working on the prestashop,
i am just wondering, are we able to do a same project using 2 different workstation? which means i can use a thumbdrive to sync the latest data on my project.
my situation are, i installed the prestashop in my office's workstation which are not portable, and i wish to keep continue my work at home.

any way of doing that?

Prestashop version : 1.2.5
Using wamp server / localhost
