Geniusbuys
The strangest thing happened..I had started prestashop with some fake orders..then a real customer creates an account and informs me that a few of my dummy orders appear on her account..with the fake items and fake addresses..as previous orders to her new account..it seems there is some sort of mix up between account previous created and her new one...any ideas or thoughts

bellini13
the cause is from deleting orders. that is how the products from one order will get mixed into products with a different order
Geniusbuys
Yes I understand that deleting orders will do that...I DID NOT delete before this problem..i started to AFter to fix it..so the problem existed BEFORE any orders were deleted.... bellini13
ok, then feel free to open a bug report so Prestashop can fix the issue
toyessential
Hi. I got the same problem too. Did you continue to have the same problem? I did what you did, which was delete those dummy orders to fix them. I think the deleting from the database did not do anything because sometimes out of no where a customer order would pop up in a new customer sign up. After setting up Prestashop 1.5.6.2 and running the shop live, customers started to get mixed orders from a specific date that I created dummy orders. Basically, the dummy orders were a bunch of emails I created to pretend to be real customers. Those orders started to show up in new customer sign ups. This really sucks as it has taken 3 months to build this Prestashop site and I don't understand why this is happening. Any suggestion or help? If you do not properly delete orders from the database, you will have ghost records in the database, which will be linked to newly created orders. That is the issue being discussed in this thread. Your issue with customers logging into other customers is not caused by the pscleaner module. You also stated in a different thread that you performed a PS upgrade. So you do not know if it is the upgrade, pscleaner, or something else causing your issue. Your issue is likely caused by some caching engine (whether you know that or not), like APC or FileSystem cache that is causing your issue.
