Prestashop 1.6 Viele Probleme

[Liquidküche]

Hallo Leute,

habe ein riesen Problem mit meinem Shop.

 

Ich kann als erstes nicht mehr Editeren das wird nicht gespeichert.

Zweitens krieg ich einen Internal server error.

Webhoster ist Strato.

Hast du mal den Prestashop Debug Mode eingeschaltet???

Du musst in den Error Log bei Strato schauen. Ich gehe stark davon aus, dass irgend eine Funktion bei Strato nicht erlaubt ist. Danach bricht der PHP Interpreter die Ausführung ab und bringt dir deine Fehlermeldung mit "Internal server error". In diesem Fall ist für dich als erstes die Anlaufstelle bei Strato. Ohne genaue Details aus dem Log, können wir dir leider nicht helfen.

max_execution_time ist 0 fuer PHP! Die Variable sollte wahrscheinlich um die 300 sein. Dies kann in der php.ini geaendert werden. Vielleicht funktioniert Prestashop dann.

max_execution_time ist eine Limitierung der Laufzeit eines PHP-Scripts und war schon bei den allerersten Apache-Versionen implementiert. Mit der Limitierung will man verhindern, dass ein Script, das wegen einer möglichen Fehlprogrammierung in einer Endlosschleife läuft, den Server lahmlegt (Reset->neu hochfahren etc). Nach der festgesetzten Zeit bricht das Script ab. Wird der Wert auf 0 gesetzt findet keine Limitierung statt, die Laufzeit ist theoretisch unendlich, d.h. es findet bei einem Fehler kein Abbruch statt, bei einem Schleifen-Fehler müsste der Server resetet werden.

Bei Prestashop gibt es php-scripts die tatsächlich mehrere Minuten laufen (csv-Import) hier würde eine zu kurz gesetzte Zeit einen unerwünschten Abbruch erzeugen deshalb kann man die Zeit -will man sie limitieren - auf 300 (Sekunden) setzen.

Das Ganze hat aber nichts mit dem hier beschriebenen Fehler zu tun!

Zunächst solltest du - wie Magicalname schon gepostet hat - den Debug-Modus einschalten indem du in der 

/config/defines.inc.php PS_MODE_DEV von "false" auf "true" setzt.

Häufig werden dann vernünftige Fehlermeldungen angezeigt,
