Littlepants
Poeple are having problems with my site when using iPads, iPhones etc. Do other people have this problem? If so, is there anything which will solve it. I don't have a tablet myself, so can't see exactly what happens. Thanks to anyone who can help. Littlepants
Thanks Paul, but have you tried making an order? That's when it seems to fall down. (Don't worry = If you manage to make an order I'll cancel it - just don't pay anything!
Paulito
Hello I have just tried to purchase a product, using iphone. Added product to cart and then tried to register, it seems if you miss one field then the registration will keep coming up with an error message (state required, phone number required, password required etc etc) even though these fields are already filled in. Also the drop downs do not appear to correct these incorrect errors. So I thought I would try android and got exactly the same response. All in all it was very irritating, I would imagine you to be losing sales with this. Paul
Littlepants
Thanks Paul. Can you give any suggestions as to what I should change? Or can anyone else. I have no idea, not being very technically minded IT wise!
Paulito
Hello Sorry, it's way above my ability. What are your customers/visitors saying about this problem? You have said that "people are having problems" are they the same as mine. I think you need to get more information from these people so Moderators/Developers/Merchants can help you. Littlepants
Fortunately most of my customers are local, and just email me to say they are having problems. Perhaps someone else will come up with a solution. I'm sure it must be something quite simple, as it's only started happening recently, and always seems to be tablet or phone related.
