Ipad/tablet problems

Hello

I have just tried to purchase a product, using iphone.

Added product to cart and then tried to register, it seems if you miss one field then the registration will keep coming up with an error message (state required, phone number required, password required etc etc) even though these fields are already filled in.

Also the drop downs do not appear to correct these incorrect errors.

 

So I thought I would try android and got exactly the same response.

 

All in all it was very irritating, I would imagine you to be losing sales with this.

What are your customers/visitors saying about this problem?

You have said that "people are having problems" are they the same as mine.

I think you need to get more information from these people so Moderators/Developers/Merchants can help you.
