justoneweek
Hi, I have this problem: http://i.imgur.com/HELkiwx.jpg when I go with mouse on the menu appears the sub menu. Can I remove it? many thanks!
nutxlago
Justoneweek, that is the normal behavior for the top menu. You can either deactivate the module"top horizontal menu" or search in the forum for how not to show subcategories on "top horizontal menu". There is a lot of info on the subject around. nutxlago
P.S.: if you do not want repeated categories to be shown, you can delete them from top horizontal menu and add only subcategories to the menu (for example: only select the voices shown in your snapshot (anelli, orologi, etc voices on submenu) or reorganize your categories. justoneweek
I can't find nothing about subcatecories.. I want go away only under 'Home' and remain on top horizontal menu.. I hope I explainde good Many thanks!
nutxlago
Justoneweek, I think the main problem is that you have all your categories nested in Home category . So that as orologi belongs to "Home" category, it is repeated as subcategory because it is selected as a menu item itself. You can rearrange your subcategories as not nested under "Home" or "Inizio". Then, you can select your parent categories in the top horizontal menu: go to the top horizontal menu module > configure > you will be presented to a text box containing all your categories and subcategories items. Remove menu items currently in the field. Then, add one by one menu items you want to be visible. Spero questo serva d'aiuto

nutxlago
I have just discovered it cannot have done in PS 1.6.?? I remember it was possible in earlier versions or am I wrong?? Confused.. Ok, no panic. You still can do what explained in point 2 of my previous answer: go to the top horizontal menu module > configure > you will be presented to a text box containing all your categories and subcategories items. Remove all the menu items currently in the box called Selected Items. Then, add one by one menu items you want to be visible under "categories" in Available Items box. (That is ONLY orologi, braciali, etc) Edited September 19, 2014 by nutxlago (see edit history)

nutxlago
No panic, again. You can add a link to your homepage using the links feature (just scroll to the bottom in the top horizontal menu configuration page. Then, add it to selected items.
