Product Categories Not showing Images

I have the module product categories installed to show 5 images on the bottom of my product page. But is not showing the product images I am getting the ? instead

 

 

 

I've already try without success :

 

-delete module and reinstall

-regenerate images 

-delete all images on P folder and upload again.

-clean cache

-delete folders JS, Tools, Controllers,Modules and replace again from a new copy of prestashop

 

But still the same no images and I can figure out why is not showing. I am using prestashop version 1.5.6

Attached the image when I hover over the product details shows up but not image or price.

Hello Matthew,

 

That's not I am looking for.

 

Th Product Categories Module that came with pretstashop is working, what is not working is that after have regenerated images they are not showing so it seems a code problem, but I couldn't figure out what it's causing that.
