conor
Hello, So on our site there are two themes installed "deafult-bootstrap" and "pt_centrikids", which is the desired theme for our site. In order to troubleshoot another issue I switched from pt_centrikids to the default-bootstrap, and back again shortly after. Now, the problem is that once I reverted back to pt_centrikids images from the default theme are showing. As displayed below. When I was switching back to pt_prestikids it asked me what modules I would like to enable and disable. All the items were selected and I had no idea what the previous configuration was. Do you think this is related? That said, any time I change this module config it doesn't seem to have any effect on the website itself. Any help would be really appreciated as the site is live with some random and unrelated content. Thanks in advance, Conor
dioniz
Hello conor and welcome Try to clear cache in BO > Advanced parameters > Performance and in browser Ctrl-F5 and see if that helps
conor
Hello conor and welcome Try to clear cache in BO > Advanced parameters > Performance and in browser Ctrl-F5 and see if that helps Hi There, Thanks for replying but unfortunately I tried that and didn't seem to work. How exactly do I clear the cache in BO? To be more specific with the problem. It is not only images, there is also some lorem ipsum text being displayed. It's like whole <div> blocks being thrown into my page. No idea where from. Thanks
dioniz
To clear cache go to BO > Advanced parameters > Performance and in upper right corner click button Clear cache. Is it possible to see your site?

dioniz
Ok that lorem ipsum is cms info block. Disable it, if you don't need it. You probably don't want those default Top trends.... images. Disable Theme configurator if you don't need it.

Strange.
conor
And BTW, enabling/disabling any of the options didn't have any effect. I disabled them all at one point (and cleared caches).
dioniz
Have you disabled modules in BO > Modules?
conor
Ok, you've been great. I've fixed the main issue of the images, lorem ipsum, Prestashop Facebook block, and also a weird black bar at top that had a search box (top horizontal menu). Two remaining issues: 1. Removing the top horizontal menu block module pushed the main nav bar (CS Mega Menu Block) up and under the website logo (top left). 2. Towards the bottom you will see a section with "Sales...we're available..." and a newsletter sign up. This is in a grey div that fills the width of the page. Below that is various other columns of links { Information, Customer Service, My Account }. These should all be above and in the grey div. Do you have any idea how I would fix those. It seems weird to think that disabling other modules would fix it. And if it did I wouldn't not how to figure them out. I really appreciate your help on this. conor
I have fixed number 2. Number 1 appears to be the only one remaining.
dioniz
In global.css find this: #header { margin-bottom: 20px; position: relative; } and change to: #header { margin-bottom: 20px; position: relative; height:95px; }
