Need help with the paid module: Google Adwords Conversion Tracking

I've bought the module: Google Adwords Conversion Tracking

 

There is a instruction how to set up conversions in Google Adwords.

I followed all steps.

 

But on the final step it says:

"check the radio button "I make changes to the code" to display the tracking code
copy the value of the fields "google_conversion_id" and "google_conversion_label" in the fields above and click "Update"."

 

With this image (see attachment).

 

But, do i need to put this Google Adwords code also in my body tags?

That is not told in the instructions.
