Fixed Quantities Module

I am looking to get a ballpark quote on writing a Fixed Quantities Module for PrestaShop. Basically replace the quantity box with a pulldown menu where there would be quantity options that were product dependent. 

 

I've looked and can't find any modules that offer this on PrestaShop so my options are between trying to implement fixed quantities myself, switching to Magneto for the second store, or just paying someone to do it. The third option is my preferred solution but I have no idea what something like this would cost. When I say no idea I mean literally I have no idea if we are talking tens of dollars or thousands of dollars and obviously that is a major factor. 

 

What I was hoping to get out of this topic is a rough idea of what something like this would cost. Once I have a rough idea I can decide which route I want to take.

It's perfectly possible and it's not a tough module/modification (it has some hours of course, but nothing scandalous). You have a PM

This actually turned out to be a lot easier than I had thought so I just did it myself. Thank you for taking the time to respond but unfortunately I'm not longer looking for someone to do this.
