Product QTY Increment 5,10,15,20

Hello 

 

I notice when adding product in prestashop it doesn't offer qty increments - I wanted to add products and specify qty increment this pack thing is not the same so any help is highly appreciated.

You can add different prices for X units in catalog >products >  edit product  > SPECIFIC PRICES

 

Edit: if you are looking for packs of certain quantities and you do not want the Customer to buy any quantity out of 5,10, 15....then, you cannot do it in Prestashop as it is now. You can look for a paid module to do that (I remember to have seen one able to do it)

DO NOT SELECT "Leave base price"

Or

Apply a discount of  X The discount is applied after the tax

If you are looking for fixed quantities (selling products in specific set quantities only) that is not an option on PrestaShop without some coding. I also need this and actually just posted a request in the job section an hour or so ago.

I decided not to use prestashop - these are basic features for every shopping cart, open cart has it as an extension for $10 so I am using them now ..

While I do agree that having this as a feature would be nice it actually ended up being very easy to implement. I managed to make changes to the core code in under 15 minutes. Not as elegant a solution as having a module but it works fine for me. If anyone is reading this topic and needs this feature just bump the topic and I'll post instructions on what to change. I usually check in on this forum at least once a week.
