Modules "FATAL error" msg help

When i try to look at my modules in  non-demo mode they dont show. I get this error message: 

[PrestaShop] Fatal error in module smarty_internal_templatebase:

Uncaught --> Smarty: Unable to load template file 'controllers/modules/modal_not_trusted_country.tpl' <-- thrown

 

Not sure what this means.

 

Is there a fix for this Please?

Im using Prestashop version 1.6.0.9. it shows status as up to date.

your are missing the file

 

youradmin/themes/default(assumed)/template/controllers/modules

it's possible when you ftp'ed your shop that not all files made it ok.  this is just my humble theory

please let us know if your sort it out, if not we can help...much to learn all these little things, but make you good independent shop owner in the future...

How would i add this file: youradmin/themes/default(assumed)/template/controllers/modules to my Prestashop theme? do i reload the files for my store?

you would (use FTP) for example, navigate to that folder, see if file(s) missing.

 

then if missing, then from your original 1.6.0.9 that you unzipped and ftp'ed up (assuming this is how you installed), then upload missing file(s) to your shop.

 

go slow, double check...FTP is shop managers great tool for managing shop files.
