关于“友好URL”的问题

我购买的是国外的虚拟空间，服务器是windows，支持IIS，但不支持Apache，所以我开启友好URL的时候，还是一样不能使用。
咨询了服务商，告诉我需要知道生成伪静态页面的规则，就可以在IIS上面实现该功能。不知道有哪位高手能告知一下，谢谢！

这是PrestaShop官方要求的Sever环境：

* Linux, Unix, or Windows
* Apache Web server
* PHP 5.0 or later. (You may have to activate PHP 5 on your hosting service.)
* MySQL 4.1.14 or later
