How to add a CMS Page to a Product Category

I've tried to search for a solution, but I'm not finding a topic that has been [solved].

 

What I would like to do is create a CMS page and have it be a subcategory within the Product Catalog portion of the topmenu.

 

Example:

Home

 -Shoes (Parent Product Category)

   --Running Shoes (Sub-Category)

   --Basketball Shoes (Sub-Category)

   --How to Clean Your Shoes (CMS Page)

 

 

There is not an option while creating a CMS page to add it to an existing product category.  How can I achieve this, is there some code I can change or an addon i can purchase?

with default top menu module it isn't possible, unfortunately.

the only one way to achieve it is a modification of module .php file

(php because this module generates contents in .php file - not in .tpl as it is usually)
