dtgmaze Posted September 15, 2014 Share Posted September 15, 2014 Hi, I am using prestashop 1.6.0.9 for over a week now since I upgraded from 1.5. now after a week noticed that my frontend goes down without any reason at regular interval. happened 3 times in one week now. I have upgraded all modules today in the hope it will solve my current problems page not found on frontend but backend is still accesible. then I have to perform a "clear cache" and the my frontend is up and running again. This morning the site was down again, it looks like on regular interval off 24 hour. For the rest off the time the site is working like it should be. I have no explanation. In the first week i was constantly changing my store so also clearing out cache. dtgmaze Posted September 21, 2014 Author Share Posted September 21, 2014 (edited) Hi, The last couple off days my sent went down for 2-20 minutes a day and the recovering itself and working again (no action required). But today the downtime was 2 hours before I noticed it. I changed "friendly URL" to disabled and checked the site, it was working again. set it back to enabled and it was still working. I don't know what it means or where my problem is. I only know that my webiste goes down and the backend is accessible. 1, clear cache >> site is up again 2. Change friendly url state >> site up again. 3. put site in maintanance mode > Maintenance mode site is shown config/defines.inc.php set PS_MODE_DEV to true! no message or error at all Who can help me???
