PHP Mail dont work. SMTP Doesnt seem to work either.....

I carnt get PHP to send order confirmations or anything to my orders and customers submitting password changes etc. smtp just doesnt wanna know at all ive tried google smtp and my own webservers NOTHING. i managed to get the contact us form working by setting a email up in my c panel and entering that as my contacts and then just forwarding permantely to my email address from my webservers email........ but cannot get the customers to get order confiirmations or any emails from my website using php.... and smtp just doesnt work , sorry for the repeating myself i just carnt get it in my head whats wrong ive tried everything i know...

Heres is some screenys can someone PLEASE help me, after putting in these settings i am updating the .htaccess, my site defo has SSL i use it on login with prestashop ( im on buisness hostgator pakage). Contact us form will not work with SMTP on it just keeps flipping back to index page with any information on the error
