Naldinho Posted September 13, 2014 Share Posted September 13, 2014 I am trying to import three products all as individual CSV files with 475 lines. First one imported fine. The other two import then there is a 404 error and when I check the product they seem to have timed out around line 380. These are identical to the one that imported fine with just different numbers for price and weight so not sure why one would succeed and the other two timeout. I can make changes to php.ini but on my hosting I need to put a user.ini file in the directory where the script is running. Can someone tell me which directory the import scripts run from? Also is my theory that this is a timeout issue likely correct or does anyone have a different suggestion of what could be causing the import to stop?
