Looking for a specific homefeatured module

I'm looking for a specific homefeatured products module which displays a big view on the left or on the right, like in this website : http://www.everything4mobile.fr/

 

When looking deep into the code, we can see that the main div of this module has an id named "nq_homeproducts"

 

Does anybody know where to purchase it ?
