Can Prestashop display an initial "Welcome" form when a new customer comes ot the shop?

Hi guys

 

I would like Prestashop to display a nice big user configurable form when a new customer comes to the shop.

 

The reason I want this is to introduce ourselves and to explain some basic things etc about the shop and its layout etc.

 

I only want this to be displayed for all new users and not return customers...

 

Is there a way to do this?

Why not use a "Pop-Up" of some type, like this one here:

put whatever info or form within it and go for it.
