Creation of a store

Need help on builing a webstore where my supplier can update by themself their item,qty,price and picture.  Important that the person who want to work with me know particularity of prestashop to achieve result at the lowest budget at first.  No matter the way it's designed or thought

 

My target is tho have local little supplier that use a shared webstore as a discount center centralized. For myself i will not have to manage inventory only receive order and payment foward it to the supplier and get my commision.

 

I will offer advertising banner, annualy subscription, and transaction fees to the customer.

i need versatility on the way you can find an item, supplier, manufacturer or category.
